There seems to be space enough to add quite a few photos of yesterday's outing to Beaulieu. Trucks n' Troops is organised by South Hampshire MVT and held in the grounds of the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. There were plenty of beautiful vehicles there, the weather was great but sadly the visiting public was a little bit scarce. It was very nice to see Liz and Steve from Dallas Autos with a ton of great stuff on sale. The jeep performed superbly - 45 mile round trip no problems at all. It was an eye opener on the return leg as the wind had got up a fair bit and the canvas caught the wind like a sail -noisy or what!
Good drive (with nothing dropping off or breaking), loads of great MV's, trip round the motor museum, sunshine, chat and food outdoors - pretty much what you'd want on any Saturday.

Farley Mount Sunday Afternoon

With the jeep in such good order and the weather so fantastic we couldn't resist a trip out today. Off to Farley Mount, top down, engine purring - Wife, kids and dog. Superb drive, lovely country lanes, beautiful views of the Hampshire countryside and 25 degrees, what more could you want!
Also got my US-ORD tire pump and Pyrene extinguisher - All Good!
